- 60-minute initial complete wellness evaluation to review medical history, lifestyle, diet, exercise habits, stress levels, and current health status.
- Personalized nutrition plan including meal composition and timing, customized recipes, grocery lists, suggested products, cooking tips and meal delivery/eating out options.
- Wellness recommendations pertaining to work-life balance, stress management, sleep hygiene, and exercise.
- Recommended customized supplement protocol to support optimal nutrient status, stress levels, sleep quality, immune function, inflammatory response, detoxification and more.
- Targeted elimination of toxins to balance hormones, reduce inflammation, induce fat loss, and improve metabolism - using most effective supplements all included.
- GI MAP Comprehensive stool test analysis to identify root causes of digestive issues, nutrient depletion, inflammation, and immune dysfunction.
- Recommended customized gut restoration protocol based upon findings of the GI test.
- 45-minute follow up health coaching sessions to continue customized nutrition and wellness counseling, review labs, manage gut health treatment and detox, and provide ongoing recommendations pertaining to mental, physical, and emotional health and well-being - sessions will be weekly for the first two months and every-other-week for the last four months.
