Public and Private Coaching Groups
Throughout the year, we host both public and private coaching groups. While group coaching is never as customized or as in-depth as one-on-one coaching, it can be an extremely effective (and fun!) experience to help propel you toward your goals.
Group health coaching combines the guidance of a skilled health coach with the camaraderie of a small, like-minded group to foster transformative changes in your perspective, habits, and well-being. The power of group health coaching lies in its ability to harness the remarkable synergy of collective motivation to create a supportive ecosystem that transcends traditional one-on-one coaching. Private Group Coaching
Interested in group health coaching, but prefer to do it with a group of friends or peers? I offer private group coaching to groups of 8+ to help the collective lose weight, gain health, build sustainable habits, and find food freedom!
